the language control elements (if then else, assignments) should be compatible with all Basic dialects, some parts like string commands are influence by Visual Basic, other parts like the "preprocessor" functionalities (eg. #if) are take from C and other like "command" and other functionalities or data types belonging to smart card handling are completely new.
