This error is probably caused by the Linux kernel extension SELinux (Security-Enhanced Linux).
Google for "cannot restore segment prot after reloc" and you'll find a lot of people having the same problem with other shared libraries and you'll also find suggestions how to resolve that.
The easiest way would be to disable SELinux altogether, if you don't need it.
