Not ordinary random numbers though. What I'm trying to do is generate a random number that changes on every card insertion in the balance checker, and have a PC program that does the same. The idea is that a user goes to a web site and types in the number on their balance checker, the PC side matches this number (or applies an algorithm to it) to determine if this is a valid number for this user at this time.. First of all is this possible, and secondly have you got any hints as to how to go about it? Thanks Andy
